The client was looking to standardize all collateral using a central team that would ensure adherence to content and design standards and ensure timely delivery to internal customers' requirement.

Deliverables:

• Working with designated internal teams and assessing weekly/ monthly load factor.
• Ensuring the team is constantly trained on customer business to be able to understand the context to deliver design interventions and also benchmark work with peers.
• Delivery of design support for PPTs, brochures, ebooks, case studies, etc.
• Continuous process improvement to reduce time and increase quality of design deliverables.
