Vinod Harith
Founder & Director


A marketing professional with over 15 years of global marketing experience, Vinod Harith has handled leadership roles in marketing and communications for some of the most visible brands and organizations including Wipro Technologies, iGATE Global Solutions, Hyundai Motors, SSI and Medimix. He was till recently the global head of marketing communications for Wipro Technologies where he led a 15-member marketing team that was responsible for the company’s brand, PR and influencer relations, worldwide events, demand generation, CRM, global alliances marketing and thought leadership. He is a Chemistry graduate from the Loyola College Chennai and holds a management diploma from the Open University Business School, UK and a post graduate diploma in mass communications from IGNOU. His key focus areas are services marketing, global brand management, marketing innovation and managing new age communication challenges in the web 2.0 world. Vinod has run several award-winning marketing programs, including the transformational ‘Applied Innovation’ campaign that won the Avaya CRM award, the Bangalore ad club award for best DM, and the Wipro constellation award for his thought leadership program. He is also a speaker at industry forums and B-schools on subjects of branding, internal communications and services marketing.

Pramod Harith
Founder & Director

A Marketing & Sales professional with over a decade of experience, Pramod has played leadership roles in marketing & business management in some of the country's most admired businesses including Times of India, Usha International, SSI and MeritTrac. He was till recently heading strategic marketing for MeritTrac where he was instrumental in transforming MeritTrac from a relatively unknown start-up to one of India’s most respected brands in the HR space. Building brands, research-based consulting, product management and go-to-market are his core areas of expertise. Pramod is passionate about building brand and marketing presence for emerging enterprises with a niche business focus.
 
A literature graduate with a management qualification in sales and marketing, Pramod also holds a postgraduate degree in enterprise management with distinction in marketing, advertising & PR. He has authored several case studies, white papers and research reports on Indian talent pools apart from being invited to speak in many prestigious forums hosted by media houses & academia.

Jeff Lande
Senior Vice President
Information Technology Association of America (ITAA)

Jeff serves as the Senior Vice President of the Information Technology Association of America (ITAA). He heads ITAA’s Commercial Division, which includes both domestic and global ICT firms. Jeff leads ITAA’s activities before government officials as well as the analyst, press and private sector client communities. He is also responsible for the association’s strategic partnerships.

Jeff received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Wisconsin and the University of Virginia, respectively. He serves on the Board of the Friends of the National Zoo and is active with several other national charities and nonprofit organizations.

ITAA is the United States’ oldest and largest information technology specific trade association in the country. ITAA’s members account for over 90% of all the IT goods and services in the U.S. The Association represents the IT industry’s interests before US and foreign government officials and works very closely with members of the financial, press and analyst communities as well as CIOs of many public and commercial sector entities, Furthermore, ITAA enjoys a close relationship with the Council of Regional Information Technology Associations(CRITA),a consortium of IT associations representing 38 states. ITAA also serves as the Secretariat of the World Information Technology and Services a global consortium including leading IT organizations from 67 nations.

Ajit N. Maira
Senior Vice President

With forty years of experience in marketing, strategy, sales, and consulting, Ajit leads ITSMA’s member engagement team, which works with member companies to provide advisory support on marketing and sales challenges.
His areas of expertise include:

  • Entering and establishing new markets
  • Building marketing, sales, and services organizations
  • Improving sales and marketing processes
  • Strategic assessments, strategy development, planning, and positioning
  • Understanding the potential value and application of emerging technologies in business

Prior to joining ITSMA, Ajit served as principal and owner of a management and marketing consulting firm where he worked with over 25 companies on a variety of projects. Before launching his consulting practice, he served as a senior vice president and technology strategist at CA. Over the years, he has held leadership roles in marketing, sales, and services for Steinbrecher Corporation, Concord Data Systems, Raytheon Data Systems, Burroughs, Xerox, Digital Equipment Corp., and IBM.
Ajit received a Bachelor of Technology (Mechanical Engineering) degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi. He guest lectures at Bryant University and has guest lectured at the Sloan School. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Gift of Hearing Foundation.

Mukul Pandya is the editor-in-chief and executive director of Knowledge@Wharton, a web-based journal of research and business analysis published by the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania

A winner of four awards for investigative journalism, Mr. Pandya has more than 20 years of experience as a writer and editor. His articles have appeared in the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, the Economist, Time magazine, the Philadelphia Inquirer and other publications. He coauthored knowledge@wharton on Building corporate value, as well as Lasting Leadership.

He holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Bombay.
