Designation: Communication Specialist

Location: Any (Chennai/Bangalore/Mumbai/New Delhi)

Job Description:

• Create and manage the communication strategy for client
• Expected to take complete ownership over content requirements for client projects
• Align content with design and creative, online delivery team for integrated communication
• Expected have a clear understanding of clients’ business, their competitive landscape and their business and marketing priorities
• Required to be familiar with client’s brand guidelines and unique terminologies, including language standards, logo usage guidelines, etc
• Responsible for timely delivery through planning and forecasting, work allocation and sharing among team members, monitoring of progress against plan and quality check before delivery. The content hand-over process includes inputs for story board creation, animations, voice-overs, presentation style etc.,
• Expected to benchmark the quality of delivery with industry benchmarks and best practices (like templates, guidelines, etc) to ensure highest quality of deliverables

Desired Profile: Graduates or Post graduates with excellent command over written English preferably with an MBA and a minimum experience of minimum of 2 years in a content writing/ research writing/ marketing communications role are ideally suited.
We are also open to hire freshers (BA English literature/MA English literature/ Mass Communication/MBA) with excellent oral and written communication skills and aptitude for writing business content.

Designation: Marketing program specialist

Job Description:

Marketing Program Specialists are:

• Usually the account leads/ program leads for different clients of CMO Axis.
• Required to build a marketing calendar for the customer and manage the execution of the same
• Responsible for business outcomes as per defined SLAs and contractual terms
• expected to recruit and coordinate with dedicated project teams and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client projects and also benchmark the quality of delivery with industry benchmarks and best practices to ensure highest quality of deliverables
• Required to recommend new marketing initiatives and innovative outreach strategies for the client to improve their marketing and business outcomes
• Monitoring of project dashboards – internal and client

Desired Profile: Graduates, preferably with an MBA and a minimum experience of 12 months in a core marketing/ marketing communications role are ideally suited.

Job Description:

This will be a complete B2B selling domain and target customers would be corporate/institutions. The job role would require an individual to indentify and reach out to the target customer base; he /she would be setting meetings and meeting the corporate/institutions and giving them presentations on clients’ products/services/solutions and generating interest and closing sales.

He/ she would be expected to conceptualize and implement competent strategies to penetrate into new accounts and expand existing ones. The individual will have sales targets, should be able to work towards these targets.

Desired Profile: Ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, should be a confident and smart individual who has 6 months to 2 years of experience in handling corporate/institutional sales in any of the above mentioned industries.

Job Description:

It’s a corporate/institutional sales profile that would require the executive to identify potential customers, initiate conversation and generate interest. They would be required to take them through client’s offerings and pass on the qualified leads to the sales team. The executive would have monthly targets and he/she would be expected to work on these targets.

Desired Profile: Ideal candidate would be a Graduate/post graduate with 6 months to one year of experience in pre sales, lead generation to the corporate from different industries, should have experience in conversing with CXO level people and must have excellent communication skills. He/ She should be able to convince and suggest solutions to the client.
